To stand by the men and women in law enforcement. To provide a sense of care, support, well being and a family atmosphere through charitable fundraising and community outreach functions. Spouses Backing the Blue is open to law enforcement officers and their families. Spouses Backing the Blue will not discriminate against race, sex, religion, color, sexual orientation, political affiliation, union association or agency of employment.
Spouses Backing the Blue has earned its positive reputation because we go out of our way to build meaningful and intentional relationships with our local Law Enforcement community. Our goal is to support officers in time of need due to medical, financial or traumatic events on duty. We participate in community events to build positive relationships with the local community. We host an annual Golf Tournament in our area with the support of our local businesses.
We are the wives and husbands who work hard in our civilian jobs and volunteer for Spouses Backing the Blue in our free time. We work together as a team to build one another up, support fellow spouses, and lean on each other in time of need. We come from all walks of life, with testimonies of why and how Spouses Backing the Blue was started and each of us brings our strengths to the table to make this a team effort.
